A simple guide to exploring manual techniques for different purposes.

Kobido and Remonte Facial use different external techniques to address feelings of fatigue and the appearance of the facial contours.

Intraoral Massage combines external and internal techniques using gloves and following health protocols to address tension in deep areas of the face.

Kobido combines rhythmic movements, kneading, and gentle strokes. The Facial Remonte uses external techniques focused on facial contouring and visual firmness.
Intraoral massage involves specific techniques performed inside the mouth, using gloves and following the appropriate hygiene protocols. Not all faces require the same techniques or the same intensity.
The value lies in understanding the face before working on it.

We don't choose a protocol just because it's trendy. The therapist's assessment and judgment guide each session.
We'll talk about what you notice on your face and what you'd like to take care of.
We review sensitivity, medical history, and areas that require attention.
We choose between Kobido, Intraoral, or Remonte and tailor the treatment to your comfort level.
We explain the aftercare instructions and when it's best to continue.

At our Polanco locations, each session is tailored to the client’s comfort and pace. A hands-on treatment doesn’t need to be intense to be valuable.

Intraoral massage may be an option when there is facial tension. If you have severe pain, difficulty opening your mouth, or a problem with your jaw joint, it is best to consult a healthcare professional first.
