WHAT CAN IT DO FOR YOU?

When the face lets go of tension

Not all faces have the same needs. This manual treatment focuses on muscle well-being and a more serene appearance.

01

Lighter jaw

It helps reduce stiffness or fatigue in the jaw area, provided the exercise is performed in a comfortable and controlled manner.

02

Milder expression

When addressing muscle tension, some people notice that their facial features appear more relaxed and less tense.

03

Care Without Hurry

The treatment is tailored to your tolerance level, featuring internal and external techniques, thorough cleansing, and a personalized facial wrap.

THE TECHNIQUE, INSIDE AND OUT

Manual labor from a different perspective

During an intraoral massage, the therapist carefully works the inner surface of the cheeks while wearing gloves and following hygiene protocols, while the other hand guides the tissues from the outside.

This makes it possible to target muscle areas in the cheeks and jaw that are not worked in the same way with a facial massage that focuses exclusively on the surface.

No machines or forceful maneuvers are used. Pressure is adjusted throughout the session and supplemented with external work when appropriate.

Accuracy matters more than intensity.

RESULTS THAT MEET REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS

Greater well-being—a phrase that feels like it comes from within

After a session, some people describe a feeling of a looser jaw and a more relaxed expression. The appearance of the facial contour may vary depending on the initial condition, habits, and individual response.

Changes are neither permanent nor the same for everyone. Continuity, when it makes sense, is determined based on a personalized assessment.

An essential criterion

Intraoral massage is a cosmetic and wellness technique; it does not diagnose or treat bruxism or temporomandibular joint disorders.

WE ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions About Intraoral Massage

Clear answers to help you make an informed decision.

Does an intraoral massage hurt?

It should feel deep but tolerable. The pressure is adjusted throughout the session, and you can ask for it to stop at any time.

When will I start to notice changes?

Some people feel more relaxed and notice a more rested appearance after the first session. Results vary, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

Does it help if I clench my teeth?

It may help relieve muscle tension, but it is not a substitute for a dental evaluation, nor does it treat bruxism or TMJ disorders.

Can it be combined with Kobido?

In some cases, yes. A therapist should assess whether it is appropriate to combine techniques and avoid overstimulation.

How do I make a reservation, and what is the change policy?

First, you'll talk with a therapist about your needs and availability. To confirm your appointment, a deposit of 300 MXN is required, which will be deducted from the session fee. Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
